UnitedHealthcare is currently promoting its “I’m Local” campaign, highlighting local agents who specialize in Medicare Supplement policies. You may have come across some of their ads or promotional materials.

Elite is proud to share that five of our very own agents are featured participants in this campaign: Teresa Mask, Chris Spaulding- Balkcom, Ed Davila, Haley Bratcher, and Juliet Rogers.

These experienced professionals are committed to helping Medicare-eligible individuals explore their options and enroll in AARP Medicare Supplement plans insured by UnitedHealthcare. Whether you’re just getting started or need help comparing plans, our trusted local team is ready to guide you every step of the way.

Open Enrollment has closed for a January 1st effective date. If you enrolled and did not pay at time of application, be sure to log in to your client portal to enter payment information. If you have auto pay turned on, a best practice is to double check the payment was taken. Some carriers turn off auto pay at the beginning of the year. Action may be needed to turn this automation feature back on. Do not lose your coverage due to lack of payment!

Things to Remember:

  • Carriers often have to verify an individual’s identity. Emails or text messages may be sent to confirm identity and consent before processing with your enrollment.
  • Florida Blue: The ‘pay now’ link can take up to 72 hours to sync between the Marketplace and Florida Blue. If the system is not recognizing your plan, please allow three days before escalating the issue.
