As of Mid-June a consent form will be required for both Medicare and ACA Health Coverage appointments.
The form gives consent for an Agent to speak to you, present plan options and complete your enrollment.
NEW for this year’s Open Enrollment in the Fall, you will have to give communication consent for phone, text, and email communications. The consent lasts for twelve months, which means we may have to collect these annually. We appreciate your cooperation, and you can be assured our office will be reaching out and keeping you updated on all the changes.
